Like you, our first concern is for the health of our team and their families, customers, business partners and the communities in which we live and work.

As such we have been taking proactive, company-wide precautionary measures across all our business activities.

Throughout  Oriel Lighting have maintained continuity of supply to our customers, while supporting our team. 

We have implimented new proceedures for order collection at our warehouse. We apologise for any delays which may occur, but maintain our commitment to social distancing and good, sensible hygiene always operating within the Government’s guidlines.

Our internal sales & support team and our warehouse team are processing orders as quickly as possible.

We have put in place additional staff management measures to attempt to ensure business continuity.

All of our transport partners continue to collect orders, all observing agreed hygene protocols. They confirm that deliveries are being made without significant disruption.

Post Chinese New Year, most factories were slow to return to operational capacity.

We can confirm that all of our supply factories are in production.

However, some have extended delivery times, resulting in delivery delays.

We have reasonable stocks on hand, but ask for your understanding as supply issues work their way through the system.

The next few months will be a very tough time for everyone, especially small businesses, but we must try to persevere, and help each other.
