Delivery to Your Shop or Warehouse.

Do You Want Dropshipping?

Oriel offer Free Shipping (FIS) to selected regions (see regions below) on the following terms.

(Dropshipping – direct to your customer) Oriel offer Dropshipping to all customers and ship throughout Australia.

Oriel FIS Shipping Agreement in place

A specific FIS Agreement is in place with the customer.

Order Value exceeds FIS Agreement Value (ex GST) per shipment (see Shipping Regions Schedule)

Each shipment, original order and any back order subsequently shipped, exceeds the agreed FIS value.

Delivery is to the Account Customer Business Address

Delivery is made to the Account Customer’s billing address as recorded in the Oriel account records.

No drop-shipping to a third party under FIS agreement.

Freight on Customer Account

If you are not in a FIS Region, or your order does not qualify for FIS, you can nominate an alternate carrier in the same way a DROPSHIPPING customer would.

Our operational hours for collection are 8am – 3pm M-F

Minimum Order Value $50

If the order is below Minimum Order Value of $50 (ex GST) there is an Admin. Charge of $10, plus any Freight Charges.

FIS Shipping Region Notes:

*Freight Charge – if the order does not reach FIS value, the freight is charged at the flat rate or % of shipped order value (whichever is the greater).

Brisbane – Includes Ipswich & Redcliffe

SEQ-Coasts – Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast

QLD – Remaining areas of Queensland

Adelaide – FIS is only available for Adelaide – not all of SA.

Customers in the following regions can nominate a BUSINESS (another retailer or freight forwarder/depot) in a FIS region and have delivery there FIS or pay freight as calculated on a shipment by shipment basis.

Perth & WA

Tasmania

All charges and values are ex-GST.

There is no FIS for Dropshipping

When goods are dispatched by Oriel directly to the end user – the Oriel Customer pays all outgoing freight charges. Charges are either on-charged by Oriel or on the customer’s own freight account.

Freight Calculation

Freight is calculated using the SHIPPIT booking platform either through the Oriel Portal or by Oriel dispatch team.

Authority to Leave

If no ATL in place (either globally or order specific) any re-delivery or hand unloading charges will be on-charged to the Oriel customer.

Freight on Customer Account – Detail

If a DROPSHIPPING order and the freight cost is covered by our customer directly we will:

(1) book the item on their portal if available or

(2) pack/weigh/measure to allow the customer to book.

Oriel do not book with the customers shipper on their behalf, the customer arranges pickup.

The customer must provide any labels or booking confirmation.
